Sales associates in the store behave like a pack a jackals that havent eaten in a week. You will be asked every 2mins, are you still good sir/miss? Its incessant, to the point you cant focus on even looking at anything, or hear yourself think. You observe them fighting for your business it makes for a very uncomfortable experience. Clearly, there is some kind of incentivized commission that sales associates receive that explains this intrusive and annoying behavior. You are simply harangued at the store. Best stay home, if you can. As it relates to corporate, their business practices are indeed malignant, with no regard whatsoever for customers. Really, look elsewhere and save yourself the trouble youre going to get into making purchases from Ballard. Yikes!

I have purchased items online in the past and was happy with my items. However, this time I needed some design help with my living room (LR). I walked into the Atlanta showroom and asked for help. Paul was ready to assist me. I told him my room was unsettled and that I had brought my fabric, colors and LR pictures on my phone. Paul immediately knew what to do to tie it all together. He showed me options and creative ideas. He suggested adding pillows, large vases, foo dog book ends, and fabric to recover a chair would tie it all together. I purchased everything he showed me and went home to try it out. It is now an amazing room!!! I am so happy that I went to Ballard's and that I got Paul as my designer. Thank you!
