Thank you to Ellen for making our experience so good for flying our Bernese from LHR to JFK. From landing at 2pm he was cleared and with my in-laws at 3.30pm. Completed all the paperwork a week before he flew and all was handled very professionally at the time. Would recommend 100% Thank you

Ellen Chance was our broker when we sent our dog from Spain to the US. After hiring her and sending all the paperwork, she sent me the pick up instructions through an email (only after I asked her to the day of) and they appeared pretty straightforward, however when I arrived at the cargo area I was asked for information and forms I didn't have (the email said nothing about this) and when I called her to ask her for a number they needed she kept telling me she already gave it to me and it was pretty rude especially in a moment of stress and anxiety for me. When I finally got my dog, they left him in the middle of a cargo road with no instructions and no way for me to set him free as his carrier was closed with zip ties (i don't carry a knife around). Although I assume this wasn't her fault, I never met Ellen and she never checked in with me afterwards to see if the process had gone well or anything; and I feel like a lot of the issues could have been avoided with clearer instructions from Ellen in that email (which should have been sent prior to the day of) and a bit more support perhaps. I don't know if other brokers are better but the pick up process was just horrible for me and I could have used more help.

Horrible, called to hire customs broker to get my puppy cleared from customs, crappy attitude and unwilling to to help gave me attitude from the beginning of the call

Ellen and Jean are the absolute best! I have lived abroad the last four years, and due to employment issues there was forced to return to the states. Chewy, my Lhasa Apso needed to return to USA after living with me in South Africa since 2017. No pup left behind! Ellen and company were on the ball and got things done this side with ease and efficiency. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this broker if you are in a similar situation. I received an email telling me the agent in South Africa dropped the ball when it came to forwarding documents to Jean , and i got them the documents myself via email. They then pre cleared Chewy through customs and all that was left was for me to arrive at Atlanta Hartsfield airport, sign documents, and fetch my best friend of 10 years! Thank you Jean Duncan! A successful family reunion thanks to you! Soon my girlfriend will join us here in the sunshine state and we will be complete again.
