Management does not understand core business processes, nor leadership fundamentals.
Accountability and integrity are very difficult to find. Once an outstanding individual is recognized by management, additional responsibilities will be piled on, regardless of time requirements, with no increase in compensation or change in title to appropriate level.
HR barely speaks english, and so is useless. You as an employee have no protections or rights.
Company is one under a major conglomerate and acting in logistics what is not their core expertise. They are very cheap on benefits and relay on temps to do the work and rarely hires them. Most people work less than a year. It has a decent software package, but does not have a process in place, Managers are not available or have the leadership skills or business acumen to make a change. No future, you will be looking for another job.
