Literally the worst company to work for horrible management. They have absolutely no experience at managing and are extremely unprofessional and rude they speak you to like you are a kids and like you benefit them and have absolute no respect for the associated.

A young man named Brandon N. was working at the ATL airport on Sept 2. Hes the hardest working airport employee Ive ever seen! Promote that dude and give him a raise!

Regarding the Brighton Store on the concourse at Columbus OH John Glenn A/P: I was able to contact Andrew about obtaining a clutch for a personal gift that I had seen and neglected to purchase while in the concourse. So, well after the fact, I was able to make contact (initially by mail) and arrange to have the item sent to me at my out of state home address. (The A/P store is understandably not setup to ship items.) Both Andrew and Rhonda were both very professional and helpful in arranging/completing the sale. So, in addition to following through on getting the right item it was then promptly shipped to me. I'm very grateful for the extra effort. This will be a special gift thanks to their extraordinary efforts on my behalf and exceptional customer service!
