        ABSOLUTELY THE WORST SERVICE IN THE US.HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, HAVE BEEN ON THE PHONE 7 DAYS IN A ROW LOOKING FOR SOLUTIONS, REQUESTED MANAGERS CALL BACK AND I HAVE YET TO RECEIVE ONE. DO NOTTTTTTTT GET TMOBILE, THEY DONT TAKE CARE OF THEIR CUSTOMER AND DONT PROVIDE 5G NETWORK, FAST SERVICE AND SOLUTIONS AS THEY CLAIM THEY DO. THEY'RE A FRAUD.

        Signed up for Tmobile on Thursday of last week, and sending phones back today. I've been lied to by the reps in Philippines and hung up on which is a huge turn off for a new customer. If this is how you all treat new customers, then my family and I are not interested.
