I have spoken to customer service representatives every month due to issues with billing due to a glitch in Crickets autopay system. Every month im assured the problem is fixed for next month also that ive been given a $111 credit. None of this has been true.
Ive tried talking to a person on the phone but there is a charge to talk to a human and if you go to a store all they do is call costumer service which i could do myself.
Ive tried to upload my transcripts with each agent but it will not except the file below, id love to email them thought if cricket had a place to actually send info to their direct headquarters. I figure this is my best option but still just left to wait and see what happens.

Just today: called, someone answers and I hear nothing for 5+minutes so I hung up. Called, after 6 minutes man answers and keeps saying the same thing, won't help so asked for supervisor and was told none are working today. Called again and after 8 minutes lady answers so I asked her what she needs to look at my account which she did not answer twice so I asked her why I'm getting notices that my unlimited internet is reaching a limit and she told me to look at my plan and hung up on me. THIS IS WHAT ALWAYS HAPPENS!!!!!

0. sold me a hot spot. didn't work on my end of town. only partial refund and non on gigabytes. still looking for help, that will get things fixed.

Worst experience ever!!! Phone ordered on 1/1, rec'd email with shipping info on 1/3, today is 1/21 & no resolution from cricket as to why the phone hasn't shipped. Hours of phone calls through 611, contacted local store. Manager started out easy to work with as she contacted corporate but have not heard from her in a wk with me leaving daily messages. And once again on the phone on hold as the gentleman asked to place me on hold while checking the status. Phone ordered was for line 4 and i have not been able to go replace my phone that is messed up. They dont tell you that when you order a phone that you are unable to do anything with your account. Am about to port my lines. UPDATE: AS OF TODAY, MARCH 30TH THEY HAD SHIPPED THE PHONE TO AN ADDRESS THAT WAS CHANGED 6 MONTHS AGO ROUGHLY 3 WEEKS AGO AND HAVE NOT SENT THE PHONE TO MY CURRENT ADDRESS. I REMOVED MY AUTO PAY AND OPENED AN ACCOUNT WITH ANOTHER COMPANY AND I WILL NO LONGER HAVE AN ACCOUNT WITH CRICKET AS OF APRIL 4TH!!!
