I was recommended to use them by my project manager for our insulation. He mentioned they were great, and his wonderful experiences. Unfortunately I have had an awful experience with them. First it started with them showing up to start/complete the job last week. Costing me time. Worst they failed the county inspection, and left foam stuck to all my windows! I thought no big deal these guys will come back and take care of it jobs not complete... Friday - i expected them to show up, and they acted like they would, but didn't. Monday - we're promised they are coming today and will take care of everything, so I am assuming i can call for inspections for tomorrow. WRONG I NOW HAVE TO CANCEL INSPECTIONS, because they didn't come and nothing happened. I've paid for materials, and other contractors to come in and do their job & they can't because tru team is really bad team. How bad can you be that you don't understand your business and how important it is for everyone after you to be scheduled, and you complete your work on time & right. Very disappointed in this company. I thought they would have been the least trouble in this new construction of mines, but unfortunately they have been the worst. Let's see if this review will have them change their stance & finally get the job done in a timely manner, but they defiantly lost my business on the gutter installation they quoted to do for me on this project. I was looking forward to even using them in our other projects going on, but will look to find someone else. someone who cares for their customers, and doesn't respond 48 hours later... #WORST TEAM
