Georgia Tub & Tile Refinishing

I purchased and moved into a home on 7/08/2022 that had the bathrooms serviced by Georgia Tub & Tile back on 5/17/2022 (receipts were handed over to me) and the paint on the tub is already chipping in multiple places. I have called and left messages twice with no response and prior to this review, contacted them through their website. I spoke with the seller (see screenshot above) and she said it took them days. They also supposedly did the master bath too (per seller) and it looks AWFUL. The grout looks straight-up moldy cause they apparently painted it and then scraped it all off. We are now having to retile completely.

Branham was knowledgeable, kind, patient, and professional. He answered all my questions and responded to my concerns during our initial conversation regarding refinishing my peeling bathtub, set a fair price, showed up at our agreed upon time, worked quickly and steadily, and did a great job on my tub. He even caulked some additional areas on my tile where previous repairs were done poorly. I would use this company again and will highly recommend to others. Great customer service and professional repair job done.

Unprofessional, Carlos was disrespectful and condescending to me, work I asked about wasnt communicated and then they wanted to give me the run around and charge me more once he got here late. Owners dont seem concerned about my experience.

Carlos came out and did both my tubs. They look fantastic. Carlos was a pleasure to work with and the company is very prompt and courteous. I will have them come out to tile my kitchen soon.
