    In 2014, Ella Park Bridal partnered with BBL software to power the expected growth in our bridal business. Over the past 18 months, we have worked with their team to suggest improvements and enhancements that we felt were needed. Not only have they implemented quite a few but doing so in a timely manner. I'm now convinced it was one of the smartest moves we've made in our 10 year evolution. We have the tools to handle almost anything that comes about. If you are looking for a great product designed for today's bridal store, I would suggest you contact them. Should you need some help, let us know and we'll assist where we can. Good Luck!

  • Classy Concepts Bridal Boutique

    Giving 3 stars for now with the hope to improve my rating & satisfaction with BBL in 2018 back to higher satisfaction. We pay monthly for tech support for BBL software that we have spent thousands on. We have multi store which is twice the investment. Overall I believe in this product, neat options, good support, no issues with timeliness when comparing to other operating systems. I purchased the software from Chuck, the sales rep, 5 or more years ago. Chuck was incredibly helpful and instrumental in my 5 star experience and was the reason I switched from Bridal Live. He went above and beyond when we had 1 store switched. We then switched our larger store over from Bridal Live because of the help & support on how to use the product which in turn caused us to spend more with BBL since with Charge it Pro making our next step with Chuck to do a new website. Chuck has recently retired. I'm sorry to say there is an asset missing. Chuck believed in the product and his enthusiasm for helping us to learn more within the large investment was why we have remained loyal year after year. We have expressed concerns & questions to new staff and sales rep. With that level of service, we upgraded to multi store and bought additional users, monthly tech service plans and even changed merchant services by BBL in an effort to integrate and do more businesses with one provider and one rep. (We are the same way with our designers. We would rather go deeper with fewer great companies to build loyalty/grow than spread our business thin over many.) However, I'm hoping to see an improvement in the level of support given & learn the new features. Being asked to pay $75 or $150 to answer questions regarding how to use BBL has been a new transition to get used to when we already spend this for a support contract that has taught us what we use now. (We didn't have that experience with Bridal Live and we didn't have that experience the first 5+ years with BBL Multi store.) Some stores we meet at Market are switching to other companies for various reasons and some of us are staying with BBL. We are considering a website facelift. However finding someone to talk to with enthusiasm and knowledge of this new product, pricing and transitioning is important to some customers. I will be editing this review as my experience improves. I have faith it will. You can see on my account I don't write a lot of reviews. However, this is one of the key investments a bridal store will make regarding its operating system. I truly hope my experience with BBL continues to be what is has been for all these years.
