        My computer batteries needed to replaced. Prince assessed what I needed and delivered on what he promised. He is also very helpful. Already making referrals for him. Keep up the good work!

        Horrible experience brought my MacBook Air in for it not charging correctly .. I was told they would look at it and call me.. after 7 days I called them and they said the were still looking at it a few days Later I called back they said they had LOST it Smh.. when asked what to do they said management would reach out.. couple more days later found out they found it a associate took it home for some reason .. they replaced some part for the charger port and I went to pick it up was scratches all over it and the keys were sticky like someone had spilled coffee on it or something I brought it back and they denied any wrong doing .(my keys were sticking) will never return here again
