Their products are amazing, but their customer service isn't great. It's always "let me transfer you to a manager" and she is horrible. It's a shame because they have amazing, unique products but if something goes wrong with one of them, you don't want to have to deal with it. The process is huge. They also don't honor their own coupon codes. It's incredibly frustrating and I just won't be ordering from them anymore.

Ive spent so much money with this company but not anymore. Just awful customer service. Especially Samantha. Refuse to take responsibility for their mistakes, which theyve made quite a few in the last few weeks.
