Was referred by my son's doctor to make an appointment here. They called me a few times but I was never able to catch their call... then when I tried to call back it goes directly to a voicemail line. I left about 4 messages requesting a call back to make an appointment and my call was never returned. Luckily my son's issue was resolved at his pediatrician's office and we don't need the appointment after all.

You will wait and wait and wait even with an appointment. Expect to wait in the waiting room for at least a couple hours. Then wait at least another hour to see your doctor. One of the better hematologist left Dr Patel. Not so thrilled to go here now.
