Dr petal and her staff are amazing they cared about my well-being and make sure thru my entire chemo treatments that I was comfortable and they kept my husband up to date on what was hapevery visit I had pening and vfc why while he waiting patiently down stairs in the lobby every appt you guys are the best thank for your love and support cant wait to see y'all soon

You could have an appointment and still sit in the lobby and wait while the staff jokes around and play! I don’t want to come to this location again!

This office staff is very rude, from entering the office they person doing the screening don’t know how to speak to the patients, it took over 25 minutes for the front desk clerk to acknowledge the patients. The MA doing the vitals, was better her tone and attitude was much better. Then they put me in a room and left me there for 45 minutes before someone came into the room, she asked 2 questions then said the dr will be in shortly, after another 25 minutes she still never came in. I left, just because of my situation doesn’t mean, I needed to be treated as if I have nothing else to do nor should I be treated as if I’m a no body... it’s CANCER my mind still works well! On top of being treated horribly, everyone I came in contact with all assumed that I need to have chemo done Before I even seen by the dr. With every other saying I don’t need it, you would think that the staff would be pleasant and have a more positive attitude, since the patients have enough already going on... Horrible office Do yourself a favor, find another office !!!!
