They gave me the wrong unit - a walk in shower instead of a tub/shower combo. I'm still waiting for this colossal error to be resolved. My stomach is in knots over this because they promised to resolve this but they have not kept in touch with me and the dates they said they would have come and gone. I don't want to have to go to court. What a nightmare! :(

They always replied to my texts concerning updates and status. I changed my mind about the bathroom I wanted to have redone. They had no problem with my request and made it a smooth and seamless process. The job was clean and thorough. Very nice guys. Service: Remodeling

They came in and looks great. But now we have no hot water or pressure in in one of our bathroom. What changed?

Bath Plaza removed our current tub/shower unit and installed a walk-in shower with acrylic walls. We are extremely pleased with the final job. The installers were definitely experienced and did the complete job in one day. Both the salesman and the job supervisor followed up with us in the two weeks following the project.
