I bought the Walh 5 star senior clipper and its not a brand new one. The blades is completely crooked, some scratches on top, lots of oil on the blade. I called them and they said they have only 1 left in the store now and will send the new one right away but they did not. They waited till they got my returned one and send it out the next day. So I think they adjusted my returned one and send it back to me because it looks the same except they had adjusted the blade.

I love love love ordering from them. I always recommend my barber and cosmo family to order prices are reasonable. If I dont receive an item I call and they tell me they are sorry for the inconvenience and send me my items. Never had a problem with them Out of the 10 plus years only had to call them twice.
