The Art of Shaving

Bad Customer Service ...do not shop here at this location. They are the only location in Atlanta. Long story short I tried to purchase a stand June 21, 2019 but the credit card machine went down and went offline so I left empty handed fast forward to October 2019 and after two disputes on my credit card for a charge they never took off for $119.79 I finally called Proctor and Gamble who owns them to get the issue resolved. They sent me the merchandise and I stopped the dispute as it was relentless to get the charge removed. This location is horrible at handling disputes.

Pretty cool place. I've had nothing but good interactions with employees and their products are really solid.

Husband went to get a shave here while on vacation. They have a sign that states they are taking walk-ins with a closing time of 1900. However, they look at my husband, to the back where a gentleman is getting a shave, and say theyre done for the day. Mind you two workers were just sitting around chit chatting. Cant help but wonder if its because were dressed in jeans and shirts (due to a long day of out door activities)...dont plan on coming back.
