Worse apartment Ive stayed. Bugs everywhere, overstepped personal issues. They forced you to pay deliver service or you wont get the packages. Gate is broken all the time, you constantly have to wait outside for over 30mins to get in. And they tow your car whenever they want. Thousands of rules to obey and the environment and quality are just terrible. Forgot to mention they raised your water bill on the amount that you didnt use. And stating: it increased for the entire complex and still wanted you to pay for it. And how funny they told you that after they put a sticker on your car you still have 48 hours to register your car. But they never thought about people working from home and never have chance to drive their car on daily basis. If you forget to register your car, they will tow it. If you dont want to stay with a apartment complex that trouble you. Stay away.

I am on month 13 of living here and have really enjoyed it. Pricing is awesome for the local market. Very conveniently located near Truist Park (I have walked to multiple games), 285/75 interchange, and nature trails along the river. Customer service has always been great.... most recently maintenance staff went out of their way (and within a couple of hours I might add) to clear the sidewalk of some fallen sweet gum balls (come from the trees) that made it difficult to use my crutches. I highly recommend this community.

**I posted this review from another account, but do not see it when I log in to my business account. Therefore, I am reposting once more, since I do not think my other review went live, as it suggests.** Joe, Mekenzye, and Noah are the best apartment office staff ever! I just moved in two weeks ago. Not only did Noah and Joe allow me to switch my apartment to another building (for more privacy), but they also were kind, professional, courteous, and SWIFT with responses. I had trouble finding a location to do a money order/cashiers check, after hours of driving around and sobbing my life away, Mekenzye allowed me to pay my first months and deposit using my debit card. I have probably emailed Noah over ten (10) times since moving in and he was always swift to respond and immediately take action. Then, a window broke during my move and they replaced this within 4 business days. While the apartment itself is old and outdated, it definitely could use a Detailed cleaning or baseboards, cracks and crevices, and a nice wipe down everywhere. I took an unrenovated apartment, but it still could've used a deeper cleaning. However, the apartment and community are actually really awesome! I have only seen ONE bug in my two weeks here, and immediately sprayed my apartment and haven't seen another since then. The stairs to the building are steep for my particular building, but it encourages a healthier lifestyle. Now, if you plan on moving here without movers, God Bless You...I hope you packed light. Furthermore, this is a community of young professionals, so the atmosphere is very... millennial for lack of a better word. While my rent seems high compared to those in my building that have been here longer, this is due to the economic fluctuation, it can be expected. Location, Location, Location... PLUS, I could WALK to Truist Park! How cool! Even though there are areas to improve upon, I believe this place to be my home due to the attentiveness of the staff, kind neighbors, and a community that just seems to VIBE. :) -Amber C.
