This has got to be the worst place I have ever lived. I moved here March 17th and I have had my AC go out 5 times, the ants are horrible inside of the apartment, the grounds are trashy. Whenever you move in they say there is a 160.00 a month fee for internet, cable, water, sewer etc. What they do not tell you is that that fee goes up monthly. The people in the leasing office act like they could give two craps less if your problems gets fixed or not. I am almost willing to pay that extra months rent just to get out of my lease.

This was the worst apartment complex I have ever lived in. Management was very poor about responding to complaints. I had cockroaches in my apartment that were sprayed for multiple times according to management however they never went away. When I called to report that there were fewer present but I still had cockroaches in my apartment, I was told "that a few isn't bad". That is not an acceptable response when I am paying for pest control. The pool was disgusting and often had a film on it. The parking was horrible. People would park illegally, blocking other residents in and making it difficult to get your car into spots but management again never addressed this. When I moved out, I had to call multiple times to get my move out statement corrected as they had double charged me for my final water bill. I would not recommend this apartment complex to anyone. Management even changed a few months before I moved out and they were just as bad as the previous.

my deepest regret of 2015 was moving into Townview Station Apartments. Our site tour was given my a man who was hired 20 minutes before we walked through the door. Not that there wasn't someone else who knew the property , but because I guess that person was too busy to get off the chair and assist him. He couldn't show us amenities like the workout facility because he didn't have the key pad number. I received my quote for the largest one bedroom and set a move in date. I called several times before the move in to make sure everything was taken care of, many of the times I did not get an answer to the point where the gentleman had to give me his personal cell phone number for us to get in contact. (I have phone records) Again this should have been a sign, but I continued anyway. On our move in date, with my moving truck packed, our new apartment was trashed. Disgustingly dirty with a smell, not move in ready AT ALL. They showed me the smaller one bedroom that was missing washer and dryers, the garbage disposal didn't work, the freezer was missing the ice maker, the refrigerator light was out, small stain on the carpet, and bathtub was just painted over the super cracks and chips it had. With no choice really I had to move in, my truck was packed i was not going to stay homeless. Along with the smaller apartment they sent me another quote. With promises that the above problems would be corrected. I accepted the smaller apartment and moved in that day. It took about two weeks and three or four visits to the management office to speak with Mr. Olive for these problems to kind of get resolved. It also took three maintenance men to stop a huge leak under the sink where the broken garbage disposal was.I couldn't use my sink for a about a week I figured couldn't get any worse then it came time to pay rent. Of course the initial deposit was still on the old apartment so they were trying to charge me for that again, but the contracted quote that you sent and I agreed on was not what you were charging me for rent. There was a $100 discrepancy that I brought to light on the first months rent, and here we are about 5 months later and it has still not been resolved speaking with Mr. Ronald Olive himself. Every conversation ended with him "contacting his management" because he could not resolve the issue himself. There were a few other issues like the garbage compactor being so full trash was overflowing into the parking spaces(they don't recycle) most recently the attack of ants in my apartment that made me finally give up on this complex.I would love to know how this apartment passed inspection. The HUNDREDS (no exaggeration) of ants have to be living in the walls. ITS AN INFESTATION and I'm sure a health hazard! Yes we had pest control pay us a visit, and no it did not help. After I called the office around 3 pm to make them aware of the mounds of ants coming in through my bathtub I had to physically walk to the office around 4:30 with a video for them to do something. Their response was "oh, wow, thats a lot of ants." They also asked me if there were any cracks in the apartment or some how they were getting in. I'm sorry, is that not the responsibility of the maintenance team and management to make sure all apartments are built and secured properly? Maybe they could even check the report the pest control left for reasons the ants are getting in, that's an idea!! Not really fazed by the two videos in two separate rooms (bathroom and kitchen). It seems that they are more concerned with their leasing office getting remodeled then fixing these other issues. This office and property's lack of cleanliness, knowledge of whats going on, and lack of motivation in management to resolve any issues in a timely manner makes this the worst apartment complex I've ever lived in. I don't know that I could ever live at another facility managed by this company if this is how they all are. Would you live in these conditions? Ants on your bed, in your shampoo, in your food. I'm trying to see if I can upload these pictures!

Continued from Previous post. 7. When they were replacing pipes in all the apartments, I was going to be out of town. I had a friend coming by to get mail, check apartment, and water plants. When they showed up in the middle of the afternoon, my apartment door was left hanging wide open, and no one was here. The repair people had taken a break and left, and never closed or locked my apartment. My friend called me, and had to stay in my apartment until someone returned. I had to call management to complain, and was told it would be taken care of, and not happen again.. The very next day my friend called me, and was at my apartment, and it was left open again. 8. After the pipe repairs were complete, and I was back home, I noticed they broke the handle on my refrigerator. I called to let the management know, and they put in a work order. After two weeks of it not being taken care of, I called the office to complain on a Friday around 3, and I was at work. They said they would send someone out immediately to take care of it. when I got home from work, it still had not been done. That evening I get an email saying the repair was complete. I responded that it was not, and I was very unhappy. The following Monday at work, I get a phone call from staff and maintenance manager. They are yelling at me saying I was lying, and that the repairs were done on Friday. I told them that they had not, and they argued with me for almost half an hour. They called me a liar, and hung up on me. When I got home from work that day, the repair was done. They called me that evening to find out if the repair was done, and I said yes it was now. They said, no one was in your apartment today, that was done on Friday. I knew that it wasn't and that they were lying, but couldnt prove it now. 9. The fees they charge for the cable package, trash, water, sewer, etc is higher than any other complex that I checked in the area. You are forced to take the cable package, and to pay this high amount. It also does not go on how much water you use,. It is based on the entire complex, and they divide it up between apartments. 10. I witnessed a huge argument in the office when I was there picking up a package. The Asst Office Manager went off on a man that they said did not pay his rent. He had gone to get his money order receipt and brought it back, and as soon as he walked in, she started yelling at him, and causing a big scene. She told him to leave, and he said he wouldnt until they showed that he paid the rent. She threatened to call the police on him. Anyway, I ended up leaving, but received a call from the Asst Manager the next day asking me if I would type up a note saying this guy threatened her, and that is why she was going to call the police, and basically was telling me what she wanted me to say, which were all lies. When I refused, she got very angry with me. 11. Once I stopped into the office to ask a question about how long it was taking to paint the balconies. It had been three weeks that we had our furniture from the balconies sitting in our living room. While there the temp filling in from another property was very nice, but a different Asst manager came out and started yelling at me, saying I was the only one who had a issue with how long it was taking, and it would be done when it was done. She was very rude, disrespectful, and talked to me worse than any customer service I have ever experienced. After complaining to the Manager, he spoke with the temp, and called me to tell me she was being reprimanded, and it would not happen again. Directly after that, four times in three weeks my cable went out. Comcast came out to fix it, every time they told me it was being disconnected from the main wall. They said that only staff had access to this area, so I knew someone from staff was disconnecting it, and I am sure it was this women to get back at me for getting her in trouble. 12. Twice in the past 3 years maintenance people have walked into my apt, and had the wrong apt. Once I was sleeping on the couch.
