        Place looks nothing like it dies in photos. Covered in trash all the time, carpet that should have been taken out years ago, bug problems, chipped paint and non working fixtures. I hear they are under new management and thank god because it was close to be unlivable... Only good thing is location for those without a CSR. But also a lot of crime, gunshots, and police can never help BC of the lack of security cameras on the grounds. Truly a slumspot and needs LOTS of work

        Front desk lady was very rude. Would not recommend here AT ALL! I cant stand when people are unprofessional in the workplace

        We are currently doing fully renovations in the property. Our management is under a new property manager. And I am currently working with all the residents to make Regencywoods a wonderful place to live.

        It a ok place to live but you can hear loud noises examples a gun shot or something like it a kid a kid with a gun or something like it. other than that it ok place to live
