The hallways smell like trash constantly, there's constant construction that is annoying to hear in the morning, cars constantly get broken into, they're always low on stuff such as tiolet paper, and there's a techinical issue every week. Either the gate is not working, or the elevators not working, or that security alarm is always going off. Between that murder when they were skyhouse and the muggings, this is not a place I recommend living in. Luxury isn't very potent at this place.

I feel sorry for anyone who lives here and has to live in the middle of a construction site and deals with that horrendous manager. This woman is delusional. She doesnt seem to realize that other apartments offer competition and instead she quotes prices like selling walkmans in the Spotify era. She should be paying us to live in the midst of that neverending drilling and construction noise. Also, most apartments have a 3/4 bathroom and not a full one

5 stars across the board for this location. Ahmad as Donald have been nothing short of a pleasure to work with! The property itself is beautiful and well maintained. The concierge is very helpful, and the roof top amenities are one of the best Ive seen in midtown.
