I have been living here since December experience has been good up until this past week. I went to the community clubhouse w/ a few friends and security came inside very rudely & kicked me & my guest out the clubhouse . Rushed us out like we robbers. The property manager began to explain we had to leave because I only pay for my apartment I have to pay an additional fee to sit inside the clubhouse. I have tried to meet with the manager and every day he avoids to speak with me. Don't move here. Too many rules to stay here, but now every amenity and security you pay an arm and a leg for you have to pay additional to even enjoy

Dianna is very rude and Lucas (the property manager) literally doesnt help with anything. I called in to ask for the number for corporate and Dianna refused to give me any info. She told me to Google it and had an attitude for no reason. Claimed corporate was out of office for Juneteenth. Lucas is always busy and this whole property is a mess. Constant change in management is a major reason why its occupancy issues here. Enough is enough! Any issue takes forever to get resolved. Package system is terrible. Gates constantly broken, lost packages, package refusal from office, cheap rent but bad service. Avoid moving here at all costs!

Millworks Apartments are trash the Treadmill Constantly shut off Abruptly I actually Twisted my ankle one time I told the front office and they said that some look in to it but its still not fixed The front office is a hot mess. The manager won't speak with you unless by appointment. Just very frustrating and disappointing and definitely will NOT be renewing my lease here at all dont waste your time or money.

Stay away from this complex. Very unprofessional customer experience. I toured an apartment at this complex, applied, got accepted, and was given a move-in date. 2 days before my move-in date, i was notified that the previous tenant decided to renew their lease after i have toured the EMPTY apartment a day before. The leasing team suggested a completely different apartment instead and ignored my request/emails multiple times to have my application fees refunded. Again, if i can less than 1 star review, i would. Very rude customer service and very unprofessional.
