        Been living here for last 8 months and so many of the amenities are broken. The lift never works, the pool is not kept clean. The claim to be a luxury property but they aren't - please rent with caution

        TeAndre was amazing on our tour of the building! She happily answered all of our questions and provided all the information a potential renter would need to know. She made us excited to live at the Windsor!

        Ive stayed in Windsor properties before but this one is by far my lease favorite. Elevator has been broken for over 3 months. 2 gates we have get broken almost once a month and management fails to tell us and we figure out ourselves. Also none of the TV's work in either of the club houses and have not for the year I have been there. This could be a great property but it is poorly taken care of by staff. Hopefully new manager is willing to do the hard work and get it up to par.

        Let me introduce you to the gang of three! Charlie, Andrea and Taylor. Not sure which one of them tells the most bogus stories but they are deceptive and luring folks that make false claims about steep $400 admin fees which they claim are part of fair housing! I called fair housing and they have NEVER heard of such nonsense. Simply put it is just scummy icing on the money grubbing cake. They will inform you they have apartments that are available when in reality they are not and Charlie makes up random lease terms such as 10-15 months on different apartments which his co workers have never heard of. In addition, their online system doesn't work and when you are trying to apply it states "the apartment is not available". I was instructed to put in a different apartment number than the unit I was applying for. Sounded very sketchy which it also turned out to be! I toured the complex while visiting from NY and all FOB scanners were broken so I got locked in and had to alert people at the gym to let me out of the complex after Charlie vanished. Furthermore, at least four residents urged me NOT to rent at Windsor and stated that everything was broken and would never be repaired. The office was empty and god forbid a fire erupted I am unsure how anyone would get out! If all of the exits are blocked and the management couldn't care less than that could be incredibly detrimental. STAY FAAAAAAR AWAY
