In December of 2023 after a regular oil change, I noticed some oil on my engine block and pooling on my skid plate. I realized that one of the lube techs neglected to place a bottle underneath my topside oil filter when he changed it out causing the old oil to leak down the engine. I was able to get it all cleaned up but I notified the GM, Paul Henson, of the mistake that was made. Mr Henson was quick to correct the mistake and definitely made it right with a long time customer. Great customer service.
