Very disappointed with the service. Dropped my wifes car off yesterday. She initially declined services when they called.
We discussed it and it made more sense to do the service there, so I tried to call them back to modify the plan.
I called 6 times and left two voicemails (with my number) plus an email but was unable to get a response at all. I was at least expecting a call back after they closed at 6pm. The car was dropped off at 5:30 the night before.
Additionally, the receptionist hung up on me the last time I called. It is not my problem that you guys do not have a direct line to the service center.
Pretty ridiculous, honestly. Ive never encountered this with any car service center, ever. Will go to Atlanta next time I guess

Staff was great and friendly. You didn't get the whole feeling pressured or taken advantage of. They let you make your own decisions and work with you. Great experience
