Michael Heating & Air Conditioning

Michael Heating and Air exceeded my expectations regarding not only the quality of the work its employees completed, but the level of customer service they exhibited. I'm currently in a rental property and was experiencing a strange smell coming from the vents, along with compromised air flow in different parts of the house. I suspected a duct cleaning was needed but wasn’t sure if it was also another issue. The property had switched hands quickly and so my landlord had no idea if they had been cleaned ever. Not only did the service techs come out and clean all the vents in under an hour, they went out of their way to check the ducts themselves in the crawl space and found that one of the ducts had collapsed and that the return on the system had been improperly attached--so the unit was sucking crawl space air into the house! No wonder everything smelled so gross and we were having breathing/allergy issues (I have a newborn in the house and so was very worried)! During this visit, they attached the return properly and sealed it, in addition to cleaning the ducts and replacing the filters. They returned later that day with the supplies necessary to replace the collapsed duct and seal it properly. Since then we’ve had no issues and have been breathing much easier with proper air flow throughout the house! They also contacted us the next week after the job was done to make sure things were still running properly and that we were happy with the work that was done. I would definitely recommend them to anyone and will continue to have them do any future work!

So fast and detailed! I know my family and I are in good hands with this company! Set such high standards for me towards other companies, that I will definitely only be working with Michael Heating and Air in the future!

Was charged almost $500 for only 2 hours of labor. Ridiculous!
