        Over 3 months ago, I requested routine servicing on the HVAC system Smith Heating & Air installed in my home and he said, he would "Put me on the list". I still haven't heard from him. Stay away from him, he is way too busy to care.

        Highly recommend! Did excellent work installing our HVAC unit. Showed up promptly, very polite, excellent price (best of the 3 quotes we got). Unit is very quiet! They even filled out and registered my warranties with Carrier. Highly recommend!!! Services: Installation, Heating system installation, Install AC

        I thought I already did this review! Mr. Smith fixed an issue with my A/C that was installed by another company. He gave me a very fair price and found some mistakes and in my opinion shoddy work done by other companies claiming to fix it. 5 STARS to him and his business!!

        Mr. Smith was very kind, persistent, and very thorough in investigating and fixing the (ultimately simple - a duct had come loose in the attic) issue with my air conditioner, which techs from larger companies did not suspect. Services: HVAC system maintenance, HVAC duct & vent repair

      Ms FieldsFirst let me offer an heartfelt apologize. I'm truly sorry that I didn't respond to your service request in a timely manner. Ms Fields I have to admit I was very surprised that you would leave such a negative review especially after 10 years of serving you, sometimes for non HVAC issues. Ms Fields I wish you would have called me a second time before you decided that I just didn't care because if had called you would have found that I was out on bereavement around the time you had requested service and when I returned to work my schedle had fallen into disarray. Ms Fields moving forward remember serviceman have life's outside of their profession so please consider contacting that person on a personal level before making a final decision that could affect his/her livelihood. Thanks for trusting me and my team for the pass 10 years.
