        Monique’s Wednesday class is such an amazing vinyasa flow and great energy. She is such a welcoming, informative and talented instructor with a beautiful voice. The studio has a fabulous vibe and ambiance. Monique kept the temperature just right for a great high energy vinyasa. I highly recommend this studio and look forward to going back to Monique’s class and to explore other classes, as well.

        I have been to four or five classes here now and absolutely love it! The studio is one large open room with equipment and cubbies provided. Firefly is closed outside of class hours so be sure yo check on their website for the class schedule.
