Cliff is wonderful, he is very thoughtful, thorough, and skilled. I came to Phoenix due to terrible back pain, and he was able to relieve the tension within 2 sessions. I would recommend his treatment to anyone who is looking to treat or manage pain. Hailey is also lovely and organized, great team overall.

Cliff is the consummate professional and his knowledge of the human body and physical therapy never ceases to amaze me. This knowledge, combined with his passion for what he does and personalization for my rehab plan has helped tremendously as I continue recovering from shoulder surgery. Over the years, I have had physical therapy at many different establishments. Phoenix/Milton, led by Cliff Steagall, has been my best experience, by far. Cliff is incredibly knowledgeable, extremely thorough and personable, too. He uses his depth of experience to customize a program for each of his clients. I will not hesitate to recommend Phoenix in Milton to my friends and family.

After years of going to physical therapy, I can honestly say that Cliff, at Phoenix, has been the BEST therapist! I have a tear in my shoulder and I thought surgery was inevitable. From day one, he gave me hope that this didn't have to be the case. He is incredibly knowledgeable about his approach to healing. In addition to focusing on the area of injury, Cliff helps you grow stronger in your core, back, surrounding muscles, balance and your nutrition. He genuinely wants to help you heal and his positivity is so refreshing!
