Their customer service called me at 8:45 PM to confirm an appointment. I had horrible sense that this service is mismanaged. I have notified my employer of my experience and to consider using LOFTA sleep services.

Horrible equipment. Been on it almost 2 years and still dealing with the problem of it spraying water in my face while trying to sleep. They have not fixed this problem. Machine gives me constant headaches and cause a sore throat. Would not recommend.

I have been on this cpap for a bit now. To be honest I am more exhausted than I was before. I have a full face mask with memory foam. They said that I should barely tighten velcro that is best if it set for a "light touch". But if I don't tighten it I am constantly waking up to fix it so there are no leaks. And my face itchs when mask is on. So I have to pull mask out to scratch. I get the most rest and feel better when I am watching tv with my wife and I fall asleep not using the machine. I wake up feeling better. I don't really think I have sleep apnea. My biggest regret is ever even doing sleep study. Unfortunately now it appears that I am stuck with this since I have a CDL. I have thought about going to the new inspire implant. But I don't want to miss 6 weeks of work. The only way I will get out of this is quit driving but I don't want to quit driving. And apparently I go through masks and headgear faster than most. So I always feel like I am in trouble when I ask for more supplies. I am so tired all the time and I am absolutely miserable. I am sorry this is pure torture with no end in sight. I just want to be off this cpap.

Awful. Puts patients health at risk by not following medical equipment and supply replacement guidelines. Do not recommend.
