Recently, I brought a shirt in for a loose button to be re-attached. Unfortunately, there was a water leak that occurred due to construction/remodeling of the storefront next to the Alpharetta location. Richard and Terence did a wonderful job of communicating what had happened and without hesitation provided me with the option to replace the shirt with any style I wished.
Richard and Terence were great to work with and I would recommend the product and these two gentlemen at any time. This past Friday I picked up my new shirt and sported it over the weekend. It was a fun story to retell.

Although I've only been in the Alpharetta, GA store a couple of times, both were exceptional visits, but that's what I expect, right?  However my recent experience with the Hammer Made Customer Service has prompted my review, and I NEVER post Yelp reviews.... good, bad, or indifferent. On Sunday morning, I ordered a pair of men's pants online. Within 2 hours, (on a Sunday mind you) I had an email from Hammer Made that my order had been filled, as well as an email from UPS with my tracking information. I was amazed at the quickness and I wasn't even in a rush, as these pants were intended as a Christmas gift.Back story, I am a horrible gift giver but decided this year that I wasn't just passing out gift cards (should have). That was my first mistake. Hammer Made is a go to clothier for my recipient, so I went out on a limb and ordered a pair of pants. Can't go wrong, right?So for the second mistake.... taking the time to actually review my order on Monday, I was MORTIFIED. The order (by me) has already been filled and UPS has been scheduled for pick up. AND I'VE ORDERED THE WRONG COLOR!!! In a panic, I emailed the customer service address to confess how I'd messed up and asked if it please, please, please be corrected. I take full responsibility for the mistake and was prepared to accept the fact that I was going to receive a pair of pants that my recipient was NEVER going to wear. Dayna is my angel. She straight up said, she made no promises, it was dependent on the shipping store as to when it was packaged and left the particular store.I know she pulled some strings...... (if not Dayna, take credit for it)I have written customer service modules, and guidelines, scripts, and actual manuals for (corporations) all of which were high end furniture, but my personal experience with Hammer Made is that sometimes, you need to actually provide customer service that isn't expected. I made a mistake. And someone corrected it for me and I am forever grateful. I'm not in the income range that can just waltz into a Hammer Head store and pickup a shirt like they just grabbed something from Target.  But I was treated no differently than a person making 6 figures per year.Love Dayna and love Hammer Head!
