This store has beautiful cloths and a great vibe. It's clean with everything laid out nicely.
My experience is an excellent example of why hiring the right people is worth the time it takes to do so. Every associate that I encountered were so genuinely pleasant and helpful.
Lee greeted us when walked in the sweetest tone, told us about the sale, offered assistance, and didn't try to upsell or ride us for a purchase.
@ J. Crew- Cindy is an asset. I could tell from the 5 minutes that we spoke that she is passionate about being there. Her positive attitude was so infectious. She too did not try to guilt or pressure me into buy anything.
If you can tell I hate that or the other extreme when associates can't be bothered.
Daylen was working the register on that crazy Easter weekend. He was just so patient, pleasant and helpful. I briefly considered working there part time, but I need to stay married .
Big kudos to that team !
I generally don't write reviews but I was so impressed with this team and the cloths.

We had the best visit this Easter and so enjoyed Mackenzie and all of her help! The store was really clean and well organized.

I wanted run back out as soon as I walked in but a crew member greeted me and asked if I needed help. I am beyond help but he gave me some good advice on how much I need to pay attention to the cut of my pants. Thats something I hadnt considered before. I really want to buy leggings and call it a day. Even though I didnt buy anything there Im thankful he didnt judge me. I wish I would have gotten his name. He green and white today. Thank you!

Visited the store on Sunday Feb 19th. Seems like selective help at this location. Great deals but I watch the staff (everyone) cherry pick who they wanted to help. Two of the ladies working floor returned stock around me but never once greeted me or asked if I needed assistance and I actually did need help. So I stood in the middle of the store and placed my order online. This wasn't my first time experiencing this at this location. They got to do better.

I love this J Crew Factory store and was very impressed with their staff, especially Bailey, Jacob, and Patrick! Here's why:
1. I asked Bailey for help, which she gave me - very knowledgeable and friendly - and later, she found me in another section because she had gone to the back and found an obscure item for me that complimented the other item. Above and beyond! (And it made the gift very special, too.)
2. Jacob helped me with pricing and finding yet another item, and he offered his opinion as I was choosing a gift for my son. Kind and professional, even as he was restocking to keep up with the crowd.
3. Patrick was at the counter, and as he rang up my order, one shirt was not showing the sale price on the rack. Before I even had a chance to ask about it, he made the correction - very kind, proactive, and he knew.that.store!
This happened on a very busy day before Christmas, and I left feeling respected and valued. Thank you, J Crew! I'll be back.
