Everyone were nice, attentive, helped me feel better and comfortable. Hospital gown had build in heating pad that was a very nice touch. I wish they would allowed my boyfriend with me for prep and post surgery areas, but I understand rules are rules.. I felt in a good hands and its very important during times when undergoing surgery

Worse than horror movies
Everything was going okay great at this facility with my wonderful doctor and the pre-op nurse. Everything organized, clean, and great communication until after my procedure. When the surgery finished the NIGHTMARE STARTED.
I remember the nurse woke up very aggressively, yelling, telling me I had to get dressed up. I could barely open my eyes or talk. My pain level, when I woke up from 1-10, was 12. The nurse said thats normal. My mouth was so thirsty; I was begging for a sip of water, the few words that could come out of my mouth. The nurse denied me water, saying I would throw up.
I was shivering and needed more time to come back to my senses before leaving. I believe from the time I opened my eyes until she kicked me out of this facility was about 10 minutes. I had to ask my husband to wait in the parking lot for 20/30 minutes for me to start coming back before moving the car.
I remember she threw up the clothes on me, and at that moment, I couldnt move. Another nurse came to help. Imagine being so desperate, asking for help, but you cant talk because you are fighting between breathing and coming back to your senses.
The few moments I opened my eyes, I tried my best to check the name on the jacket of this person, 'Hannah.' I had surgeries before, and this never happened to me. It looked like they get paid more or something as the fastest and more aggressive to kick up. I think my total surgery cost will be around $30k, in which I had to recover in the parking lot.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS FACILITY AT ALL, AND IF YOU NEED/HAVE AN EMERGENCY SURGERY, YOU NEED TO BE PREPARED FOR THIS. I DON'T WISH THIS TRAUMATIC EXPERIENCE TO ANYONE.

I had the most wonderful experience at North Crescent Surgery Center for my diagnostic lap today. From the moment the nurses took me back, Rita made me feel so comfortable, listened to, and cared for. Every person I encountered in this building including nurses, my doctor, the anesthesiologist, and the nurse anesthetist who said weve gotcha right before I went under helped me feel calm and safe during a procedure I was really anxious about. I cant remember the name of the nurse who cared for me in post op because I was out of it (maybe Maya?), but she was incredibly kind, too. I am at home recovering now and feel so incredibly grateful to this team.

STOP doing business with these people. They have very shady financial practices. Not only did my insurance and employer offer to pay all costs in writing upfront and guarantee payment they actually refused to provide the costs in writing not even an ESTIMATE. ABSOLUTELY SHADY. They are what is wrong with health care in this country. You maye be asking why they wouldnt accept guaranteed 100% full payment from an insurer and multi million dollar company because they want to bill patients direct so they can screw them on the bills and manipulate and take advantage of over charging by 200% plus of what the rates are for procedure codes in the market in hopes of patients ignorance that will confuse us into being over billed. DOCTORS BEWARE your patients are having headaches dealing with this practice go elsewhere for out patient procedures if you care about your patients and the financial burden places like this put on them. Disgusting.
