Really bad customer service. Lady at the front desk lacks basic respect and communication. I was told to fill out the entire check-in form before I can even see the doc, upon which I asked why my ssn, religion, race are required fields, she frowned and said it’s the protocol And I’ve to fill it out before I can even see someone, Only to be told by nurse who overheard our conversation that I can leave those fields blank. After that the front desk lady had a bad attitude the entire time. @Wellstar, you need to train your employees on how to properly communicate, respect and know standard protocols at least at the basic patient check in level!

One star solely because the male urgent care receptionist was one of the rudest people I've met. Otherwise service and location was great.

Wish I could give 0 Star! Called ahead of time, spoke to a nurse and explain the problem, she said yes we can treat you for that, come in. Doctor asked in waiting room what the problem is and then said you need to go somewhere else, we don"t do anything with face!! This was in the waiting room. I feel like they don't know of the HIPAA Privacy Rule. They were rude and unprofessional. Went to the ER and was treated. ER doctor said he could not understand why Urgent care couldn't treat this issue. Don't waist your time going here!!!!

How come the child's parent can't wait in lobby ? Ony one parent can go inside the doctor office. Okay. And employee saying i can't wait in the lobby. Very rude. I'm the father. And healthy.
