        I keep wanting to use this location because its the closest to my house but the experience is just consistently awful. Rude employees who seem inconvenienced that Im there. They have charged me $5 to simply tape a box closed, (other UPS locations have happily sealed a box for me). I also had an experience where they told me that they didnt have a package of mine when the tracking said it was delivered there and waiting for me. I asked if they could double check for me and showed them the tracking to which she just told me its not here sorry. After insisting that they look around for it they finally found it in a stack of boxes on their counter. Ive just had too many bad experiences at this location I felt like I should come leave a review and encourage others to find another UPS location.

        Visited this store once to ship important documents. No skills to handle a situation. They share incorrect/false information on the envelopes and their store manager was even rude when I asked about why additional charges for a mistake they did. They all need to get their soft skills fixed first. Not a good visit. Wouldnt recommend!!
