        Never had a problem with this company until I visited the North Point Mall store to pick up my online order. On the 4th day after I placed my order. I drove from Jonesboro to Dunwoody to retrieve my order. First of all my order was missing items. When I presented the info on my phone to the clerk. She said she couldn't find it in the system. Then after insisting it was there. She finally and Rudely!! Went to the back and located my order. The money for my missing items has yet to be returned to me. It was a very poor customer service experience, and I will not be returning to that location again. I will continue as a loyal bath and body works customer. But a rude and unprofessional clerk I cannot abide.
