        I had the worst experience trying to get a HELOC without matt through Renasant Bank to get ready to sell my home. I started the process back in September and as of today I’m still not approved. I started the process all over again with Iberia Bank, I sent her my application this morning and I already got approved this evening. I find it very hard to believe that it takes Renasant Bank two months or more to just get someone approved much less the appraisal. Matt Bazzill gave me the worst customer service, I am so frustrated and disappointed in this whole process.

        Renasant back is one of the easiest banks to work with for business and personal. While other banks are rigid and "that's just the way we do it" mentality. Renasant Bank especially Matt Bazzill treat me w respect and are always there to address any issues that arise. It great to have a Banker like Matt Bazzill and Renasant to support my business!
