The Crossings at Webb Bridge Road

Save yourself some time and trouble and skip this facility.  A recent change in the corporate management has resulted in a decline in the building.  My mom was not bathed, diaper was soaked in feces and urine.  Left in the same clothes day after day.  Now she has sores on her bottom.I was there day after day and reported the neglect.Executive management not on the premises the days I was there.Fire alarm going off continuously, AC wasn't functioning.  Dirty bathrooms.  No one cleaning the building.  Staff calling in sick so facility was run by inexperienced med techs from an "agency" very troublesome situation.

if you want your loved one subjected to abuse and neglect then by all means place them here.  My mother moved in December 31 2021. We were happy with her care until recently.  The community has undergone a change in management and along with this has been a decline in care. She was beaten, starved, laid and sat in urine soaked pull up. She has skin breakdown.  We have all of this on video as we have cameras in her room. Corporate is aware and yet, the abuse continues!  There are reports filed complaining to the state from several residents.  Don't place anyone you care about here!!!!

What a fantastic community! The cookout was very well done and I am looking forward to attending the next one. The staff here will go above and beyond taking care of your loved one. This is the best memory care community for your loved one.
