Atria North Point

Sub par management staff. Always under employed, dishwashers don't last more than a week, force extra work on long time employees. Don't being your loved one here. Mainly the kitchen staff office personnel. PLEASE AVOID THIS PLACE IF YOU LOVE YOUR FAMILY!!@

I never would have thought I would be writing a bad review on this community but enough is enough the Management at Atria North point Samuel Guar, pereze Hylton Nadia Lawerence Natasha Northway and Rajae premeditated my suspension and also Esthers termination they are very wicked and they lie Ive never had bosses who monitored you everyday I literally was being under surveillance and Harassed by them and they even used employees to do their dirty work and coach the employees to write false statements against me. The environment was very toxic Ive never been treated so badly as an employee til I transferred there last year Ive had my share of great bosses with this company but this administration is corrupted. The only thing I enjoyed in Life guidance were serving and caring for all my residents on the 4th floor but far as being an employee at Atria north point I was unappreciated! What the management did to me and Esther was terrible their actions had nothing to do with work this was personal.

Atria provides what it promises. It is a facility where what is said to you in marketing Atria is provided when you join. The residents and staff are friendly and welcoming. The services provided let you let go of those responsibilities you may have had and let you direct your life towards the more enjoyable aspects. Atria works with you in meeting your needs and addressing your interests so that you can can live comfortably, with purpose, and have fun.

First of all - the food is great! This is/was very important for both me and my father (resident). We met with sales manager a few years ago and was impressed, but timing wasn't right for our situation. When timing was right and after additional evaluation of other properties, we met with the same sales manager (she's been there for a number of years and knows the property and seemed to know every single resident) and secured an apartment in assisted living care. After 4 months, my father has really settled in and is happy. He came to Atria from another facility in another state where he wasn't content. While acclimating to a new facility is difficult for a person with alzheimers, Atria recommended some solutions to making the transition smooth and the adjustment pleasant. It has been just that - smooth and pleasant. The majority of Atria is independent senior living and as such - there are plenty of activities and amenities for all seniors at any level. The facility does a great job of integrating the new residents into daily activities and we now rarely find my dad to be in his apartment. He really enjoys the assisted living activities and still can't stop telling us how good the food is. He also is amazed at how everyone knows his name. Life with alzheimers is quite the challenge and knowing there is another level of care (memory care) at Atria is comforting should it become necessary. We visit with my dad fairly frequently and take him out for family activities - so he has a sense for his community beyond the complex. It's a great location - convenient to shopping, dining, and entertainment. Very safe - is gated after 8pm. We are thankful for the staff and company culture.
