        Excellent services and as affordable as it gets. Shoutout to the staff for making my transition from new GA resident to getting a home, a pleasurable experience. Maintenance is very prompt and attentive. 2-year resident, I wish the Venue all the best.

        Beautiful complex, management is very nice understanding and address all issues in timely manner. Maintenance always on time. Close to Greenway and Helcyon mall! Renewed lease 4th time.

        Lived here for the better part of 5 years and I am really going to miss it! Even though the property changed management companies 2 or 3 times while we were here, the staff remained friendly and professional. Some of my favorite things were grilling by the pool, riding my bike on the greenway, and walking to brunch at the Halcyon on the weekend. Loved calling this place home.
