The community is very neat and clean! The leasing team is phenomenal! Reggie helped with my move in and has been a consistent advocate for any issues Ive had to get them rectified quickly! Highly recommend this community!

We moved in here over 2 months ago. The place is very well maintained, any issue with the apartment is immediately addressed by the maintenance team. The management is great !!! and we are very happy!!! Ok, it's almost 2 years since we moved in to our apartment at the estates at Johns Creek. We still happy! The place is very well maintained, any service call immediately treated, office team always attentive and helpful, there's always a smile! If you looking for a rental in the area of Johns Creek or Alpharetta, this is the place to see!

I love it here. The office staff is always doing little thing for us and when I place a I work order it gets fixed I meant immediately either the same day or the next day but they be on it. I love all the staff here. Great customer service.

After a disappointing experience at my previous apartment complex, Foundry Duluth, the Estates at Johns Creek has been a breath of fresh air. From the moment I inquired about potential living arrangements, Josh and his team displayed a level of professionalism and attentiveness that immediately set them apart. Josh, in particular, went above and beyond to ensure that my transition was smooth and stress-free. His knowledge of the property, along with his willingness to address any concerns or questions, made the entire process seamless. One of the key differences I noticed between Estates at Johns Creek and my previous residence was the meticulous management of the property. Unlike my experience at Foundry Duluth, where mismanagement was evident in various aspects, Estates at Johns Creek is a well-maintained and organized community. The attention to detail is evident in the cleanliness of common areas, the prompt resolution of maintenance issues, and the overall sense of community that the Estates fosters.
