We enjoy the food and service has always been great. OJ is fresh squeezed which is a nice change for kids vs concentrate.

The service and food here used to be so much better. Recently though the portions have gotten smaller, the quality of food has gone down, the quality of service has suffered, and more often than not a dish will come to the table cold.
I am sad to say that as a customer who has enjoyed this restaurant on an almost weekly basis for almost a year... I will not be returning to this J. Christopher.

For breakfast I had the vegetarian "Billy Goat" (goat cheese) omelet, my wife had berry crepes. These main courses were the best thing, otherwise there were a number of problems. The coffee has very little flavor, it looked like see-through light brown water when the waiter was pouring it. The fried potatoes with my breakfast were barely warm and were obviously old and had been apparently been sitting under a heat lamp for far too long. The ketchup bottle for my potatoes was disgustingly sticky, and it's not as though the staff couldn't have noticed, they had to bring it to me rather than it being on the table all along. Then to top it off some selfish idiot started smoking in the restaurant, I haven't had to deal with smoking in a restaurant in years. Very disappointing considering I dragged my wife out before 9am on a Sunday morning.
