        We arrived 30 min before closing and the dining room was closed, so we go through the drive through to order. The lady at the drive through line proceeded to say they were not taking orders except delivery. I asked whats the difference if food is still being made? A rude man came across the microphone and said MAAM WE ARE CLOSED I AM THE Manager! I said but whats the difference and they stayed silent! Wow what great customer service, pshh!

        I come to the steak n Shake pretty often when I get off work, and the service is always so phenomenal quick and delicious food. My car died in the drive-through and I really cant remember the girls name but she was so nice to me to jump my car. She took my order and I had to jump my car and I just want to give her a shout out to her and her phenomenal service she deserves a raise.
