All Clear Cleaning, Inc

Very disappointed. The crew was over an hour late. I have streaks in some windows. Other windows do not appear to have even been cleaned. IN bathroom, I have streaks from dirty water on window seals that I will now have to clean. I have called and left several messages to discuss with no response. Now when I call the VM states it is full. Very unprofessional. Service: Window cleaning

I understand that these are crazy times, so communication is important. My first appointment nobody showed up. Scheduled for 11:00-1:00. Nobody showed and no call. Later in the day I got a call from a polite lady who apologized for her workers. I reluctantly took another appt. date for a few days later. 3-5 in the afternoon. No show again and no call. Hmmm. I called them the next day and was told it was too wet to work, but I was not notified. He said he thought he may have tried to call and was sorry...Text, voice mail or carrier pigeon might have worked. Seem like nice people, but everybody needs a tweak to get their attention.

Jarrett and Brian did an outstanding job cleaning our windows inside and out. They were on time, professional, friendly, accommodating and above all extremely thorough. I would highly recommend All Clear Cleaning.
