We had Squeegee Squad clean our windows and patio on Sandy Springs  prior to listing the property for sale. The patio results were unsatisfactory and when we contacted the company and provided pictures of the patio but they failed to respond. My husband rented a power washer and cleaned the patio to pristine condition which is evidence that Squeegee Squad failed to do the work for which they were paid. I would NOT recommend this company,.

Very happy with this company.  Just had my windows done on Monday and they have already called back to be sure I was happy with the work!  Very friendly and professional and my windows look great!

Squeegee squad was recommended to us by a company friend.said they had done work for them and was satisfied with results.we made an appointment with them to come out to clean our windows and steam clean our deck. On our appointment day it was overcast and misty raining,so we called company to reschedule for another day. Leonard a company technician called back and said that they could come on out and clean the inside of windows and see what was happing with weather. Leonard and helper showed up and stayed 4 hours cleaning inside windows and pressure washing deck.the rain had let up, so they started on outside windows.they were also suppose to clean downstairs area with 8 windows and small patio outside.in a few minutes they called my wife and said they were finished and was out side loading there truck.Leonard had filled out a form for my wife to sign so that they could leave.it was a standard form about attitude of workers and work done.at this time technician was trying to sale my wife another package about steam cleaning our driveway.my wife signed form and they left. Later that day we started to inspect their work and found that they had not washed any windows in garage 10 small and 2 large they also failed to clean 7 windows downstairs and just sprayed outer patio with water not steamed cleaned as aggreed.i came back up stairs to find that they done the same thing to deck.they didn't even move my grill which is on wheels to clean grease and dirt behind it. After my inspection I was very disappointed with their work and certainly wouldn't recommend them to anyone.l immediately called the company to complain, but they were closed for the weekend. We called first thing Monday and spoke to Tracy office employee and complained about work.she was very rude and said for another 150.00 they would send somebody out to complete the job.since we couldn't agree on a solution we called bank and stopped payment on check . Since this time my wife has emailed to Barry and Tracy with no reply from either.

Barry and his company had done work for my husband's commercial property and he was pleased.  So when another window cleaner cancelled due to weather and was not available to reschedule until July, I called Barry.  He was extremely nice and willing to help out.  However, when Shaun showed up to do the work he quoted $11 per window for exterior only (also knowing I was hosting an event at my house that night).  After speaking with Barry it appeared we had worked out an agreement on pricing.  I agreed to more than a 50% increase over what was indicated over the phone understanding our windows are not "standard".  Shaun and his helper began the work and I left the house to run errands.  Within an hour they had left and obviously not done the work as agreed.  I tried to reach Barry several times by phone but was only able to leave a message.
