I was compelled to write this review to educate prospective customers as I wish I would have been warned about this business. The idea behind this company as a women owned business was what got us interested in signing up for services. Unfortunately, the only positive interaction occurred the day we signed up for services. The customer service went downhill from there. This company started during Covid times and grew fast as other businesses were struggling. The issue was that they were not ready for that level of growth and couldn't delivered the services to all their customers. Recycling services were cancelled, and the trash pick-ups started to be skipped. The owner sends the most condescending and rude emails. They really should invest in hiring a PR person. As their customer you are expected to understand all their issues and accept them, but you can't make any mistakes. All her frustrations come across in her emails. They read as they were written by a mad teacher scolding her students. The recycling was started again in 2022; however, the price is about 3 times what was originally quoted to customers and if you "contaminate" it, you will be fined $50. Also, I had to laugh when I read some of the other posts mentioning Felicia. When you call customer service you will have the misfortune to talk to Felicia. She encompasses all you DON'T want in a customer service representative. There are many small businesses that are worth supporting as hard-working professionals are behind it. Pickers is not one of those businesses and you will regret conducting business with them. Do yourself a favor and go with another vendor. There is no perfect company; however, others accept their shortcomings and treat you with respect and as adult. Services: Waste recycling, Trash removal & disposal

If you cant perform service week after week then why do you have a waste management company? If you are goin to double the price bc of gas(which is coming down by the way) then what are you going to do about the work that you need to fulfill and is already paid for? I think an extra bin for a month would make up for all the discrepancies. Also don't call your customers and set anyone straight when the only people that need to be set straight are the two women that claim to be good business owners even though they are anything but good or professional. One of the most despicable refuse companies out their. Hands down one of the worst in customer service and missed pickups in their industry. The two owners bully, intimidate and rip off customers who only want the service they paid for. All one need do to set off the unstable owners, is ask for credit and trash pick up. Next Door and Facebook are two forums where their responses can be read to see them in action. By this, I mean ripping their customers apart for not putting up with essential theft of service. Billing customers and not providing service is theft.Excuses run the gamut as for not picking up trash. These excuses are recycled frequently. But not the trash. Condescending is putting it mildly. They are combative and demeaning to customers should you enquire.

Absolute worst company you could ever choose to do business with. They have missed pick ups several weeks in a row because their driver cant seem to find any bodies house. When it was brought to their attention they decided the best course of action was to tell me it was our fault that our house is not in a good location. Not to mention the horrible receptionist suggested she didnt want to deal with me and that I should find another trash service. I signed up for 2 cans and 6 lawn and leaf bags. It took them 2 months to bring one single can, then proceeded to tell me if I wanted them to pick up anymore trash I needed to pay an extra $45 a quarter. If you can find any other company to do business with I would highly suggest it as this is the most unprofessional horribly run business I have ever dealt with.
