The WORST!!! Never on time, which is why I cancelled! They also refuse to pick up their pails after I cancelled service but they said they will charge me $100 if I dispose of them myself. So here I am 2 weeks later with empty pails still by the curb waiting for them to be picked up.

Very bad service, it's been 3 weeks and they haven't picked up the trash, it's a bad service, I really don't recommend it. Very bad service, zero stars.

Had an issue with recycling and stick bundles being left behind after our trashcan was picked up. I called and I talked to Andrea Day who just went above and beyond making sure that we got rescheduled and our bags and sticks were picked up. She was amazing. She was so nice she followed up. She did a great job. Kudos to Andrea and I cant tell you how much I appreciated her.

Somehow I stayed with them for four years. But I just canceled my payment for next quarter and have a new company starting. Here is what I posted on Facebook 4/10/24: My neighborhood's trash is still sitting outside from last week. Waste connections will not answer their phone. If you click on the link to cancel your service, it tells you to call them. So they haven't picked up our trash, and we can't cancel because they won't answer their phone. Ask me if they cashed our checks

The workers are excellent. The bins are emptied and replaced safely back in place. They work very hard and do an excellent job. Thank you.
