Outstanding!!! Clean and affordable. Not to mention convenient location. They have all the latest equipment and a fun friendly atmosphere. The personal trainers are great and care about your success. They make working out fun. Brandon always remembers my name, very personal service. I would recommend superior fitness to my friends and family.

I love this gym, the staff is so friendly and helpful, they help me with my training. And since I need guidance, they are always there to help. Brandon, who is the manager, always seeks me out to offer tips and instruction about how to do lift and do my cardio properly, to get the best out of my workouts. Even my wife has joined as she has seen the vast improvement in my overall health. She also is treated like royalty when she goes, and since she is a beginner in exercise, Brandon, and the rest of the staff, go out of their way, to make her feel comfortable as soon as she walks in the door. I have been to many gyms in the past, and many places, the employees pretend to not see you, NOT here, they offer assistance to both of us, right away if we so desire. I am a chiropractor, and I get offered many memberships, so I have been to many gyms, I haven't considered any place to go since almost 2 years ago when the new ownership changed hands. They have me and my patients business for life. Ask for Brandon, he is a master at his craft, but most importantly he cares about getting you fit.
