I absolutely love this place! The minute you walk in you feel the stress float away. It's beautifully decorated and smells wonderful. After only a few classes I feel stronger, more flexible and have better posture. I look forward to class no matter how tired I am because I leave feeling more energized and stress free! If you haven't tried hot yoga, don't let it scare you, it's amazing how much more you can do when your muscles are really warm!
