They informed me they were able to arrive ear!y, quickly took care of my problem. I loved that they followed up with a phone call to assure the technician was polite, wearing a mask and boots, and I was pleased...which I was.😀

One Wednesday I realized I didn't have hot water. In my garage I found my water heater smoking. Turned off the breaker and started calling plumbers. A couple couldn't show for a week and then I remembered I had used Bert Norman in the past so I tried calling them. 1) They originally gave me an appointment for the next day, but then they called back and had a technician that had finished early and asked could they come today. About 2.5 hours after I found the issue they showed up. 2) They looked at my heater and told me it needed replacement. I had already made that accessment as well. I wanted a larger heater than they had in stock so they had to order and told me it would be one to two days. 3) The next day they called and stated it was in and they would like to come to install. Note: < one day from when issue was discovered. 4) Day one technician was professional and worked efficiently getting to the issue. He also gave me options and prices for the replacement. The entire time I was confident I would have a new heater quickly. 5) Day two the same technician returned with an apprentice to assist. He allowed the apprentice to perform the work while providing good oversight and feedback. They still worked efficiently with the on the job training being conducted. This is exactly how technical training should be conducted to ensure the next generation is able to take over in the future. I would like to mention I always felt getting me and my family hot water was a priority with this company as a whole. I had several friends coming for the weekend and was trying to figure out what to do if we did not have hot water. At approximately 4:30 on Thursday I had hot water.
