        If I could give this company 10 star I would..I dealt with another plumber for a week trying to fix a broken water line.. Bert Norman was on site and had leak fixed in 3 hours.. reasonably priced, prompt friendly service.

        Plumber Kris came out on a Saturday afternoon and worked on our plumbing problem - from the outside, during one of NE FL's infamous thunderstorms! He got soaked! Both the plumber and the scheduler were quick, efficient, polite and professional. Solved our problem in no time at all. Excellent job! We WILL use Bert Normans Plumbing Inc. again. Great folks to work with!

        Shanon, the office manager was friendly, easy to work with & sent a technician as soon as possible. Kris, the plumber was especially kind & sweet and very knowledgeable! He was quick and efficient in solving my shower problem. Kris also came in with shoe coverings and cleanup the shower when done! Highly recommend him! Liz Normand

We are pleased that Katie and Kris were able to take great care of you and get these issues resolved quickly.
